I along with my parents have invested in fixed deposits in the following companies Elder Pharmaceuticals, Jaiprakash Associates, Jaypee Infratech, IndSwift, IndSwift labs. None of the companies respond to phone calls or emails or give any details as to when they are going to refund the amount. I would like your office to help me with the recovery

I feel there should be a specific post (to be filled by a specially-abled candidate) in our ministries and government organisations/ offices (or on sharing basis). He'll be responsible for ensuring, 1. Existent post(s) for specially-abled are filled up with suitable candidate(s) 2. Ensuring sensitization of all towards the issues related to specially-abled 3. Create a specially-abled friendly environment 4. Organise a specific day every quarte to highlight challenges and acheivements

Dear Sir, I have following 2 suggestion to make Eye Donation campaign successful: 1) To start this campaign on the festival of light (by pledging your own eyes in case u have not pledged). 2) To influence more and more super senior citizen to participate in this campaign and to promote this, increase their basic tax exemption limit for one time in the year of such plegde. आज हमारे देश मे कहने की लिये तो विकलाग लोगो को सरकार काफी योजनाये चला रही है मगर क्या ये सारी सुविधाये विकलागो को मिल रही है नही क्यो क्यो की हमारे देश मे विकलागता एक अविशाप माना जाता है और इन विकलागो के नाम पर आम जनता राज करती है आप रेलवे को ही लेलीजिये विकलागो के डिब्बे मे आर पी एफ और पुलिस वाले पैशा लेकर आम जनता को घुशा देते है और तो और पूरी ट्रेन मे सभी लोगो को यही डिब्बा सिर्फ खाली मिलता है कोई रेलवे का एम्प्लाई हु कोई फ़ौजी हु क्यो जानते है की यहा टीटी टिकेट तो चेक़ करने आयेगा नही फ्री मे

Dear PM Sir handicap logo ke naam par desh me log lakho kha ja rahe hai aur unko milne waali subhidha jaise railway me vikalago ke liye jo coch hota hai usme kabhi koee Check nahi karta aur vikalago ko seet nahi milti kyoki RPF wale paisa le kar usme dusre logo ko bitha dete hai to is tarah ki vikalago ki subhidha ko dhyan me rakha jaaye aur unko sahi subhidha diya jaaye,,,

Specially abled persons have tremendous potentiality. They do not need our sympathy.They need an opportunity. Give them the opportunity and see the miracle they can perform.

There are a large number of verdicts by various Hon'ble courts of India in favour of the Specially abled persons both working and non-working but there is still more to do with the implementation part. For instance, in a recent judgement by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India directions were issued to clear the backlog of vacancies for the disabled but still there is no move in this regard. So I humbly request to look into these matters.

In my view, a disabled person can deliver better results if given appropriate opportunity along with proper work culture and right attitude towards them.
