All the specially-abled person who are graduate or 12th pass should be employed at help desk to assist the illiterate or less educated customers in filling up deposit/withdrawal forms and also for similar other work of banks. At the payment of minimum pay @ Rs.10000/- per month with a increment of 10%p.a. Also, the person should belong to same town/village of the branch. If this scheme is implemented it will give employment to lakhs of specially-abled persons and improve bank services.

Personally I being physically handicapped walks by crutch and have to go to book my railway ticket. Also there is no provision that someone else on behalf of you can book tickets by showing railways concession certificate.
