The Hearing Impaired persons at Railway Station are to face lot of difficulties. The display board fixed up for display of current informations are mostly broadcast Advertisements.(Most Common Example is Patna Jn. Railway Station). Their condition becomes more deplorable during last minute change in Platform for in arriving trains. Why the Railway has invested lot of money for purchase of Display monitors ?
