Dear Modi sir Please make some arrangements where physically challenged people should not prove again and again that they are handicapped. In Railways, bus etc. I agree to the point in which we need to show/prove that we are handicapped like in govt services etc. Please sir we request you to eliminate the long processes of making certificates, IDs in for taking concession in railway travelling atleast.

We should be more focused on the rural setup for working with the People with Disabilities(PWD). As more and more PWDs are facing a lot of barriers in the society such as corruption and discrimintation. More focus has to be provided for the formation fo Disabled Peoples group and engage them in livelihoood programmes from NABARD, NRLM etc. if these were done effectively, then the PWDs in the rural setup would be more empowered.

In this video shot by one of the passengers, Shivendra Namdeo, another female passenger can even be seen crying and begging to be allowed entry. It is being reported that one of the passenger's mother was in ICU fighting for her life. Air India is known for addressing customer grievances promptly,

In an unpleasant display of insensitivity , Air India staff refused entry to passengers with valid tickets because they had reached 55 minutes before the flight departure instead of 60 minutes as per these staff members. As per these passengers,Goibibo's SMS sent to the cell numbers of the passengers informed them to arrive only 45 minutes before departure. Despite repeated appeals and arguments from the passengers, the officials kept citing the rules and refused to budge.

Dear Modi Ji, I reiterate my request for setting up an exclusive wing at every dist Head Quarters for the Differently Able Person. Which will help DAPs in all aspects. They register their names, get every information related to their livelihood. We need to develop a holistic, sustainable & integrated programme for them.
