DEAR PRIME MINISTER SIR, GOOD MORNING, LIQOUR SHOP I would like to give little suggestion about the LIQUOR SHOP, Please make below provision/requirements mandatory for each LIQUOR SHOP at the time of auction/allotment 1. HIDDEN CCTV CAMERAS I have a suggestion there must be Hidden CCTV cameras on each & every liquor (wine) shop, as most of the criminal visit these shops & criminal who will come to Liquor shop will be easily traced & caught, I think with way many of the criminal can be caught. 2. Neatness & cleanness around to be maintained 15 mts from boundary of the shop. Put dust bin around the shop 3. Proper light inside & outside of the Liquor shop. 4. Liquor Shop must write on the shop in clear & visible form the below details • CAN NOT SOLD AGE BELOW 18 YEARS • LIQUORS ARE BAD FOR THE HEALTH (same as it is written on the cigarette packets) • DO NOT DRINK & DRIVE • LICENSE NUMBER & DURTAION OF THE LICENSE • NAME OF THE OWNER • CONTACT NUMBER OF OWNER. • CONTACT NUMBER OF CONCERN GOVT OFFICER. • TIME OF THE SHOP OPENING & CLOSING. • COMPLAINT NUMBER PHONE /SMS I think above step to be made the part of the Liquor license conditions it will help the society & police to curb the criminal . If we can close them at least we can use them. With Warm Regards Vijay Bhardwaj

Dear Prime Minister Sir, Good morning, SUPREME COURT OF INDIA Please increase the number of the judges in the Supreme Court of India (SCI). It will increase the speed of many works. Many development works have been stopped because many cases are pending in the Supreme Court of India. Speedy clearance from the court will help to expedite the process. This can be mile stone of your government. 1. Right now 31 number is very less(most of time all are not appointed so actual number is 27 to 28 ) for 1.23 Billion citizens please try to make it 51 , I know in one go it will be very difficult to increase by 20 judges but try to do be 10 no each year . Please implement it at the earliest for India’s Development. 2. It will be great if Supreme Court of India will have benches in city with population for more than 50Lac, so that justice can be come closer to the needy citizen With Warm Regards Vijay Bhardwaj

Day by day our cities and villages are becoming slum, where there was Trees 20 years ago now there is houses , where is housing today it will become so congested that it will become slum after 10 years., I have few suggestion about city planning. Let we accept that beauty of the city is beauty of the roads of the street. When someone goes on tourism/visit in city or country 60% to 80 % of time he is on road Even if we go to meet someone or visit some place 40to 80% time we are on road/street. Street/road less 100 mt long shall be minimum 40 feet wide & crossing of such road shall be 60ftX60ft 3. Street/road less 200 mt long shall be minimum 60 feet wide & crossing of such road shall be 100ftX100ft 4. Street/road less 500 mt long shall be minimum 90 feet wide & crossing of such road shall be 160ftX160ft 5. Street/road less 1000 mt long shall be minimum 120 feet wide & crossing of such road shall be 240ftX240ft 6. Street/road less more than 1000 mt long should be tagged as city road with minimum 200feet wide 7. Street/road less more than 3000 mt long should be tagged as state road with minimum 300 feet wide 8. Street/road less more than 5000 mt long should be tagged as city road with minimum 400 feet wide 9. Street/road less more than 15000 mt long should be tagged as city road with minimum 500 feet wide 10. Road should ne name on the freedom fighter, Bharat Ratana, war martyr, flower name. Colour name. 11. Every road must have space/cage for underground services like water, sewage, telephone line, LPG line. Minimum 6 feet wide in small road & 10X2 feet wide for big roads 12. 2% area for the commercial activity (shops & offices). 13. 10 % area for Park. 14. 5 % land open -no use open ground for children to play. 15. 5 % area for school, hospital, community center, Govt offices, police stations, fire brigade, taxi stand, parking. 16. 1 % area for, public utility like water supply, electrical supply , garbage house, bus stops, telephone exchanges, If we have such norm for the city/colony then any state Govt /property dealer, developer , builder will try to meet this requirements.
