All the disabled persons must be engaged in the nearby factory unit (like weaker section in schools) on some min/max amount. This way, they will learn, do and will become physically fit to some extent.

Since our PM has given emphasis on 'Good Governance' / 'Yoga', every government employee should be given at least 30 minutes for self meditation to relax himself which can ultimately increase the efficiency of the employee. Across the country, the highest number of disabled has been reported from the state of U P(3.6 million).It is a challenging task for disabled students to study up to Class X.They are provided with Special D.ed Teachers upto primary level with salary 10000 p/m on contract working for 12 hours in camps working also on holiday with no special increment(banded labours).In U P for vote bank other teachers of normal students are given full salary of 25000 with increments as they are large in quantity.
