Specially-abled persons can be well observed in many back office operation jobs in India. And mainly in corporate sector, as India is hub for back office operations for many global as well as native big corporate companies, so why can't we just make sure that these people are given preference because ultimately that job does not require mobility. My suggestion is first we need to have a separate Employment exchange for these people. Then we need to have a skill based training for services.

Swachh Bharat should Implement in Chennai. Mainly Commercial business peoples are advertising by Sticking posters and Banner in government proprieties like Electric boxes and post fixed on Roads. This needs to be strictly prohibited. I'm sure this step will give massive change to follow Clean India. Thanks for the space.

Ofcourse specially abled people should get equal employment opportunities. Even people like us are not perfect. They may have to face certain obstacles in terms of physicality but it has been found out that they are more sincere, hard working and very intelligent and have got a special sense which we don't. There should be a bill passed wherein it should be made mandatory to atleast take 50% of specially abled people in every company, whether small or big.
