Equal opportunities in everywhere and not only in employment is the fundamental right of each and every citizen.We should take care for specially abled peoples so that they can be employed in those places where they are best. Respected Modiji Sir, please check in Rajasthan how much person give service as Asstt Professor in Agricultural Universities and Veterinary Universities in Rajasthan. You surprise none of person give this opportunities as Asstt professor whether disabled person work in these universities as a Technical Assistant (fully field work job). But they give not opportunit as Asstt Professor bec they disabled. Till 1995 when equal employment opportunities law forced, by they not advt any post as disabled

I want to say about barrier free for the specially Abled. Many fields like education, cultural, sports, public places to make barrier free. It help to provide equal opportunities to Physically challenged for Employment and Social activities and more.
