Our country has been reluctant and disinterested in giving opportunities to differently abled people. A large population specially the orthopaedically handicapped is living in pathetic conditions. Our government agencies are doing nothing. The private schools are taking equal fees from the orthopaedic handicapped children. Should not it be mandatory that such children get free education. Yes, there can be a limit by schools for say maximum 2% disable students be not charged with the fees.

In our country it will take time to change but we have to start with hard step like i live in chandigarh and if some one is coming form other state before enter with in city he know i have to wear seat belt because cop will challan me immediate. so i request for clean india we much install CCTV Camera and send online challan for making road or street dirty. we have example of some country where they make their citizen discipline only after hard steps taken by them. Resident of City Beautiful..

Will this category also belong for the special child (Autism, ADHD etc.)? If not another section should be created for them as well .

Sir I am teaching in a Professional college with differently abled persons as 2-3% of the student population . Feel touched to see the partially blind persons only helping the blind ones or the like. We all have eyes but do we really wish to help them??????
