Such person are more efficient and will give more output then a normal person, therefore, they should be paid on task basis and not time oriented. They may not continuously work eight hour a compared to a normal person but they can deliver the same output in three or four hours. So this will be a win win position

We have to identify the talents in them first .like,a person might not have hands or legs but if he sings well then govt should give them chance to sing in the ads posted by govt in the media ,and in radio same goes with the blind, govt should open small cottage industries and teach them some skill and help them in earning their own bread ,so in this manner each and every one will become independent.

post graduate medical education is costly in our country. we should allow our citizens to get the degree from neighbouring country like nepal . those who want to get md/ms in their subject of intrerest . so that they can serve the nation in a good way. we should recognise post graduate medical degrees of neighbouring country. like we recognise degrees of canada, australia . people from canada will not come back to serve here but people from nepal will come back certainly to serve here.

SPECIALLY ABLED PERSONS ARE BORN TO SPECIAL WORK . DO NOT UNDER ESTIMATE THEM . THEY NEED MOTIVATION BY WHICH THEY CAN DO ANYTHING. ONLY NEED IS TO MOTIVATE THEM TO DO SOMETHING UNIQUE.
