Jayati Gupta, Ph.D. a 60% orthopaedically handicapped professor applied for Tagore National Fellowship of Ministry of Culture (MoC) in March 2014 when PM Dr Manmohan Singh was Minister of Culture. Despite being eligible no news or contact with MoC occurred. Any telephonic query brought the stock reply 'File with Minister'.My last resort was to post an Appeal for Justice in MyGov. It worked! Jayati has got the Fellowship. I hail Aadaraniya Narendrabhai's sense of justice in creating MyGov.

Sir, the specially challenged have more powers than us.but the harsh truth is they are not treated normal at their own homes, what to talk about at work place. We need to give opportunity to then in INDIANforces. Even they have a right to live/die for INDIA.this will help them gain respect largely in society.inspite of govt. Efforts for reservation for them, they are ill treated at school/work.situation of women is worst. a humble request to you to give them right to servenation jobsforall#yesweca

Let apart quotas which already exists. I suggest some industries wherein nature of job is not involving much of physical movement should be identified. Like handicrafts or some kind of value adding industry. Differntly abled should not be absorbed in industries for sake of doing, coz people will c them with sympathy. Instead develop industries where they can contribute to the core activity dedicated for them.A 100% diff abled company with support staff not diffrntly abled. They can do the help.

In each industry at least one percent quota to be fixed for persons. whether it is a private of public organisation. Some of the charity organisations are training such person for electrical / electronic assembly task. Similarly other on belt jobs can be allocated to such persons.

3: Infrastructure : Every Basic Infrastructure should be made for mobility of Specially abled person. whether it is to walk on streets , to go to top floor of a building, in parks, in office and school, in public restrooms, busses and trains(let there be reserved seats for them, or for a pregnant women or old age person) .

***In Continuation to my previous point**** i was not even able to recognize his sickness for many many days. he is working to separate solid and recycling waste. so here you see two good things are been done (employment and recycling). like wise.. i see people selling some tissues and useful things on streets . They are on there own. Similarly, exercising infrastructure can be provided to regain fitness for a person who is not physically fit.

1: School Counselling school is necessary is for the educational value. It gives you understanding positive and negative of social interaction and so every school should be open for all. Now, its responsibility of school that how they take out best out of every student. Infrastructure should be present and Teachers Should be Appointed for Specially abled person in every school. Counselling required for encouragement and to help them to choose there field of interest.

Yes, there should be equal employment opportunity for Specially abled person. But, I think it is not just Job . It is lot more than this... I can be engineer(software, telecom etc), I can be teacher(classroom or online) to teach who are same as me, I can be good at arts( I can conserve my heritage and can show it to whole world), I can be a musician. I can be anything... I just want to know what i can choose to rise in my life and from where ???? THIS IS A BIG QUESTION FOR ME.
