my plan is to make select a group of engineers and scientist who can design different machines , which can work in low technology industry, such machines can be operable by one hand , or two hands or one hand and one leg or only with two legs. This will accommodate various type of disabilities and make them all earn a respectful lively hood. I want to run a small milk dairy also alongwith the facility so that this will give them pure milk and job opportunity also. I have identified few works.

विकलांगो को जो भी दुकान फैक्ट्री ऑफिस नौकरी दे उनको प्रति विकलांग अगर इनकम टैक्स में या किसी और तरेह की छूट दी जाये तो शायद बहुत ही नौकरी ऐसे भाई बहनों को मिल जाएगी

हरियाणा के पलवल के जिला सरकारी हस्पताल में एस एम् ओ राजेंदर जी अन्य साथियों के साथ मिल कर हर तरेह से लूट रहें हैं.यहाँ विकलांगो का सर्टिफिकेट बनाने के लिए डो.महीने में एक बार ही आता है उनके इलाज का तो क्या कहें.यहाँ डॉ.मेडिसिन भी नहीं हैं.कई महीनो से करमचारियों को तनख्वाह नहीं मिली.शहं होते ही इमरजेंसी में डो शराब पीते हुए मरीजों को देखते हैं. विकलांगो से गाली गलौच करते हैं.ब्योमात्रिक्स प्राणली में उँगलियों की छाप देकर बाहर निकल जाते हैं और छूट्टी के समय फिर आ कर लगा देतें हैं

हम कई साथी मिल कर नेत्रदान के छेत्र में लगभग 250 से ज्यादा जोड़ी नेत्रदान करवा चुके हैं,पिछले 2 वर्षों से एम्स के ओर्बो विभाग से गुजारिश कर रहें हैं की हमें एक दिन का लेक्चर अंग दान के बारे में पलवल में आ के दे दें. सारा खर्च हम सब साथी मिल कर करेंगे. एन सी आर में अंग दान नहीं होते क्यूंकि हमें जानकारी नहीं है . शायद जानकारी मिलने के बाद हम अपने ही शहर से 10 से 15 लोगों के अंगदान हर साल करवा पायें जिससे लघभग 100 हिन्दुस्तानियों को जीवन दान मिल सकेगा . जय हिन्द

Career centre should be established all over India, especially in rural areas because in absence of career guidance in the right direction youths in villages not only drop their studies only after passing 8th or 10th staudard but also fail to get any professional or technical skill. These career centres may be established at block levels in the beginning and later on they can also be established at panchayat levels. This would help the youth in rural areas to interact with the centres directly.
