Specially-abled people are never the less talented than a ordinary man ,the only thin we need to do is take an initiative to provide them the scope to reach that height,providing special trainin centres and upcoming technical support ..welcoming them in schools and colleges and specially teaching braille and means of communication through signs at all urban and rural level can be a hope for them

BRAILLE should be taught at district level , more books should be prepared in braille, completely blind should be the taught the most just as nerve deaf about visual interpretation. 2 % reservation should be strictly implemented.
