There is no common formula of integrating the specially abled. Every individual is unique.Their handicaps need to be minimised and their strengths highlighted. We need to have the resolve, use our imaginations to shape jobs to fit each profile. If we think it is insurmountable, then it is. If we are more giving, more embracing, we can help many realise their dreams. As human beings we are equal in all spheres of life. Let's extend a helping hand to our brothers and sisters and see them smile !

Specially abled persons cannot do job as normal person do, so some specific jobs which specially abled person can do, should be reserved for them.Proper training can make specially abled people forget their disability.

For Armed forces and every government jobs we have so much age regulations, caste, creed , regulations . This ruins the choice for employment which indeed increases the opportunity for people to get jobs even by improving their physical and mental abilities.

There are so so many private and government run insurance companies for various reasons. Medical insurance is highly corrupted. Insurance companies are making a tough rules which is very flexible for them by not letting them pay any money to their customers. And very senior citizens loose the opportunity to get money during their health issue or senior age groups. Wish Prime Minister give a flexibilty for senior citizens for better free health and high operations cost bear by the government.

I run a startup and I am following lean startup model. Now in that model it's very hard for me to register the company as Single CEO, Private Limited paying huge money. Wish that be changed and Indian startup companies get better opportunites and fexiblity to apply for tenders too and help for research companies. If we want to start a research company than an another registration, if NGO than another and LLP, Pvt another. So tough. Wish that changes too.

Why Indians need Visa and Passport to travel to any country when other western countries have privilege to travel just with their passport. Wish to see a single option for Indians too so that we too can travel with that.

there should be a committee of learned bureaucrats who identified the jobs according to their ability. as a hearing impaired person can distribute letters more effectively than a blind or physically challenged. same way a orthopadic person can work on desk as in banks effectively. everybody should think about it than give reservation and more than 3%.

As I am physically handicapped and completely on wheelchair. I am government servant working in central school (Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan). I am very confused about the reservation policy of government for the physically challenged people. The government is giving 3% reservation the disabled (very confusing word). 1% for each category hearing impaired, blinds and for orthopedic. By this policy nobody is getting equal chance. identify the job according to their disability and give them reserv
