Dear Sir, I am a special educator, I have personally handled cases of Cerebral Palsy, Autism,Learning Disability & Juvenile Rheumatism. Sir it is very hardening to see these children with no proper facilities, care& opportunities. And the worst part is many parents don't want such children & they just abandon them. Sir, I think with your support & guidance we can provide a better future for such children. Kindly give us the opportunity to serve them better.

sir I am a physically handicapped person of 41 years belonging to forward caste. I am trying for government job since 1995. The pity is that government is providing only 3% reservation for PH and it is shared among Visually handicapped, orthographically handicapped and hearing handicapped(1% for each). I belong to OH category. many people like me are not able to secure job in this tough competition. Please help people like me by conducting special recruitment drives for us

A. The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India dismissed the petition of Centre on 12.09.14 {CC No(s). 13344/2014}, challenging order of Bombay High Court which had directed the Centre and the UPSC to implement a three percent quota in direct recruitment and promotion for disabled, DoPT is yet to issue relevant OM. B. CCD has no power to pass injunction orders as per the Supreme Court in the judgement / case of State Bank of Patiala and Ors.Vs.Vinesh Kumar Bhasin (2010) 4 SCC 368 and hence redundant.

Lots of differently abled people are kept at home, away from social functions as families find difficult to cope with them being looked at, commented or even sometimes over sympathised at. Accepting them as equal members of our society is what we need. Why do not we see them in public places like restaurants, theatre etc. we need to keep asking why and keep creating opportunities for that to happen. Let us create a world where differences in ability, appearance and outlook on life is embraced.

A country is best judged in the way it looks after its most vulnerable members. The support for differently abled people could be better, if there is a clear strategy to optimise their potential and integrate with the mainstream of the society. A good proportion of differently abled people could be trained to become self dependent if we can match their potential to job opportunities and train them. Support, guidance and appropriate support (including short breaks) for carers enable better care.

Our Hon’ble PM Modi , Sir Planning Commission is now renamed Niti Aayog, very fine. Earlier in the past Indian Airlines was renamed Indian which later merged with Air India . Lot of funds were wasted in the process . Performance is more significant than the Name. HOPE with the changed name we do get constant progress / growth in our running and proposed Projects for the development of our Mahan Country INDIA. Our sincere best wishes are always there.
