less than 1% population of India is deaf and dumb, this population feel isolated. Even teachers are not available to teach deaf & dumb language. If we include this subject in primary education for all then every child will learn this language and all will interact with these child and they will not remain isolated.

1. Compulsory set percentage of disabled people in private sector 2. Create common register for disable people. 3. Identify job that could be done by disabled people. 4. Provide tax / special benfits to organisation that is employing x% of disabled employess. (Eg. 80 % of employess are disabled- recently acid victim girls were employed in mumbai cafe)
