आजतक किसी सरकार ने 30 से 35 के उम्र बरोजगारों की चिंता नहीं की ,यहाँ तो रिटायर लोगों को दुबारा मौका मिलता है फिर 30 से 35 के उम्र के बरोजगारों को क्यों नहीं! कृपया 30 से 35 के उम्र बीच के बेरोजगारो का एक समूह बनाइए जिस से ये पता चल सके कितने लोग अच्छे पढ़े लिखे और मौका मिलने पर बेहतर काम कर सकते है ,इस से पलायन को आसानी से रोका जा सकता है!

No increase in wages for Bank staff fo another 10 years. NPAs should be brought dowh considerably.

Hon'ble PM - we have heard there is proposal of reducing retirement age of cen. govt. employees to 58. But every employee has different circumstances. Some employees are single earning member in the family. Jobs for youth cannot be created by retiring these employees. Life span of people has been increased and people are more energetic now. Govt. should use their experience rather than retiring them before time. Some employees have planned their future according to 60.It'll be a set back.

On the day of World Disability Day, I wish to point out the need to encourage the abilities in a person with disability and not to judge him or her on the basis of the disability: for this, I would like to quote the name of a Great personality known world wide i.e. Stephen Hawking. The name itself brings energy in everyone's mind as well as body. He has shown the world that disability can not restrict a person from showing his or her talent or wisdom.

Sir, To make Roads more durable and increase their life span, concrete should be laid at traffic junctions and at turnings.(rest of the road can be regular asphalt). 2. The silencer of the heavy vehicles should be directed upwards so that it does't raise the dust from the road & spread it in the atmosphere. 3. A thin layer of cement mixed with water and spread on asphalt gives more strength and also protects it from damage caused by water. (Water is one main things which damages Tar)

sir we need to strengthen our prosthetic reserch so that we can full fill the need of specially abled population also i think we have to develop a seprate institutions for reserch and development of new technologies in this field we are using outdated or old equipments which are not useful in today's life.we can add a seprate degree course in this field also some courses are available but we have to change their syllabus which will connect our students with new technologies

sir please change the Reservation system which is old age since last 40-50 yr. India now grouth much than 1950. Reservation should be based on Income not on cast. Today maximum younger are with you. please do some thing to modification in reservation rules.

sir, i am a mechanical Engineer working in Aditya birla group since last 8 yr. i have a wish to work for Poor child & Old Age people who did not have support, i wish to open an "care home" where they fill a love, support like a family.Its my future Dream.But sir i did not have a sufficient fund because i belong to a middle class family & i have much responsibility for my family, but in coming day i will planning to complete my dream. Please guide & support me how i can completed my dream.
