PM's vision for Skill Development must include the needs of Persons with Disabilities for the success of Equal Employment Opportunities for the Specially-abled in association with the parents of children with disabilities. Only the parents of blind & VI children can understand the agony & the anxiety of other parents & the everyday challenges the parents face in their struggle to raise their children & also empathise with the difficulties the Persons with Disabilities face in their daily lives

RAILWAYS -- There are huge quantities of Iron sleepers and other scrap lying abandoned near tracks and around stations and unused cement sleepers lying in heaps. at times buried in piles of mud, Why don't they collect it all and store in yards and may use it as it is (if in good condition) or sell off the scrap which will be recycled in national resources and earn money for railways They have cranes and boxes to collect and store it ? why not recycle them it will be huge value

RAILWAYS -- Our Members of parliament, and MLA's and Government officers should not get special privileges. They are Public Servants and hence MUST travel with Public in II 3 Tier bogies at cost of public. If they want to travel in AC let them at their cost. Why should tax payers pay unduly for their extra comfort ???

RAILWAYS You have more then 60% seats reserved which are released only before 2 Hrs. of train departure. The Reserved seats must be released at least 2 days before departure of train so people can plan their travel if one has to come to dadar from Beyond andheri they cannot reach within 2 Hrs. of departure of train

sugestions to RAILWAYS your online booking portals. wile booking tickets, if you tick for lower berth only (especialy Sr Citizens) they first make you pay then give you option that L B is not available and whether to book without L B option if you say NO then they will refund later Instead they should first inform if no L B is available then collect payment This will avoid debiting and then crediting the amount It is dificult to check if refund is received
