RESERVATION TO THE SPECIALLY-ABLED, WIDOWS, DESTITUTES, THOSE AFFECTED BY NATURAL CALAMITIES, SERVICES PEOPLE & THEIR CHILDREN, EX-SERVICEMEN & THEIR CHILDREN, BPL, etc. SHOULD BE GIVEN RESERVATION INSTEAD OF THE PRESENT CASTE-WISE RESERVATION. Deduction Under Section 80U for Senior Citizens with Permanent Disability I request FM to kindly consider adding a category "Senior Citizen with Disability" under Section 80U of Income Tax Act, 1961 through the Union Budget 2015 and the Finance Bill. The Senior Citizen with disability may be treated on par with an individual with Severe Disability under Section 80 U. Kindly also consider raising the limit of deduction allowed from Rs.50000/- to Rs.75000/- and from Rs75000/- to Rs.100000/-..

Respected PM Saheb, I am a great admirer of you. I want to tell one problem being faced by delhites. Traffic in Delhi is too much in the morning peak hours. VIP movement, regional processions etc. add more difficulties to this. People working in Central Delhi Govt Offices are facing a lot of problem due to traffic, poor transport service, metro construction work. They are finding very difficult to reach on time in Delhi. Vehicles are ever increasing. Some solution of this problem should be given

People with disability do not get equal opportunity in the society. Special children are often neglected by society by saying that nothing can be done. In our society specially abled people has to struggle a lot. I think they should be given easier way according to their potential to stand on their feet. Education is must for this. School should take initiative for this.

Based on their ability, intellect and interest they may be given vocational training and placed in and around their residence appropriately with all the benefits of a govt servant. Extra care and incentives may be considered to motivate them. Nothing wrong in being an specially abled. It's the responsibility of our Govt to improve their quality of life. More jobs may be created for them. We citizens should be responsible and respect and treat them well.
