Requestng Mr. Modi that 1% mandatory reservation to be made in the private companies for physically disabled persons. There are many more handicapped persons waiting for suitable job near their locality. In Gov offices we are not able to get jobs. We are developing skills for the disabled persons but where are the jobs? So 1% job reservation in private companies to be made mandatory

सभी संस्थानों में यह अनिवार्य हो कि ५ पर्सेंट रोजगार सिर्फ विकलांगों को दिया जायेगा। सरकारी संस्थानों में भी इसी तरह की व्यवस्था हो तथा चयन करने की प्रकिर्या आसान हो। अबतक कागजों में तो दिखा दिया जाता है कि इतने सीट विकलांगों के लिए है और बाद में यह कहकर कि मिले ही नहीं पैरवी बालों के लोगों को लगा दिया जाता है। पैरवी की प्रक्रिया को समाप्त किया जाय। इनमे जिनकी पहुँच नहीं होती उन्हें नुकशान होता है। जो जिस लायक है उशी प्रकार की उनकी भर्ती हो।

Dear Sir, There is 1 suggestion which my elder brother suggested, which can increase employment for physically disabled people, who are unable to walk, Those people can be employed as traffic inspector, which can be deployed at traffic junction points & they can handle the traffic by signalling traffic signals via there hands, in this way, we can provide respectable employment to those people also & make them self dependent.
