1.Create a data base of special ability students in the Matriculation or final year of graduation at each school and college level and update and upload it every year in a central data base from where the skills/ educational qualification of such students would be matched with the requirement of various jobs advertised in private/public sector and directly such students would be sent interview letters.2. Certification of disability should made much much simpler.

please collect the data from the institutes that organise different courses for specially-abled persons.that will help in employment opportunities for the specially-abled.
