According to me various companies in India should provide latest online professional courses like cloud computing, ethical hacking etc.& also some basic computing courses with certification in schools, colleges, universities, homes etc & that too at low prices so that majority of Indians can get a knowledge of technology. As the users will increase off course the demand for technology will increase & more people can easily handle things.

Digital India. One of the fastest developing field is Information Technology, which is liked by the Gen Y.As a teenager, what I would like to visualise Digital India is an India which is updated. Everyone having smartphones conversing each other, with the bureaucracy being transparent with the help of digitisation. An India where information is safe and highly encrypted by our software engineers. We need to help this set of people so that their creativity helps boost our economy. A modern India.

70% income of Indian railway comes from freight. It accounts for 31% of the total freight in India. Hence we must have ICT enabled special north-south and east-west dedicated corridors for goods trains to ensure timely delivery of goods, where every businessman should be able to know the position of his goods train, like passenger trains. For this the goods trains must have the same ID structure or number as the passenger trains do. sanjaymohanb@yahoo.com

Sir if u want a real digital india then have to change the working style of bsnl. We people do not prefer bsnl because of its bad services. Government employees don't listen and work on complaints. So sir make this bsnl like a corporate powerhouse and make a policy for god employees and bad employees.

First of all, kudos! Great idea and reasonably good draft.
A few things I would like to point out -
1. The biggest issue IoT field faces is of standardization. So, we will have to be careful about that.
2. The Sensors. As they are the physical building blocks and in wide variety, they are very important. If we produce sensors inside our country, it would be greatly beneficial to us and also support the "Make in India" project.
3. The certification and course described in draft should start SOON
