The digital space has witnessed major transformations in the last couple of years and as per industry experts would continue to evolve itself. There should be a rule for all telecom companies to maintain a report for each data session established by consumer with Band Width Speed provided in that particular session and mailing of that report to consumer on daily basis by telecom company should be implemented.

Govt. should start a new complaint cell for these issues and a commission should take immediate action on such malpractices because most of the people like me are not able to go to consumer courts so there should be online portals to lodge complaints against such companies as Internet Service is major source of income for telecom companies and they are looting common people in this country.

First of all a new regulatory commission should be formed for Internet Service Provider Companies as I am a victim of harassment by TATA Docomo. They issued a photon connection to me by saying it works in my area but its speed was not even minimum specified when I asked Company given many offers but result same even charged one month extra bill and When I stopped payment then after three or four months they started harassing by saying we are going to court etc. etc.

My dear respectable Prime minister i sincerely and honestly admire all yr efforts and make transparent and give strong message to all Indians and make them to realize individual responsibilities and make them to feel the nations important. Give strong very strong message to our brothers and sisters to obey the rules and if not make them to feel the pinch of it then see the changes and monitor it with iron hands
