Internet of Things(IoT) has immense possibilities in India. One of the primary sectors to look for is early warning systems for earthquakes, tsunami's or any other natural disaster like cloud bursts. Other useful applications would be in agriculture to monitor prices of commodities in various markets in real time. Even the dam's can be automated according to the weather predictions and the farming requirement. I would strongly advice to look into these sectors. Abhilash Pillai, Latur

Main problem in Digital India is telecom companies are charging high price for 2G, 3G & Broadband. Main reason for high price of 2G, 3G Data is Cartel of Vodafone, Airtel & Idea. They have hiked 2G rates by 100% in June-September. http://t.co/lKyuf3gTTs GOI should work toward policy to brings prices of Broadband, 3G Data at Rs10 to 20 per GB. So that people can pay Rs300/month for 30GB Data. Also UPA stopped 2G Data plans of BSNL & increased broadband price. Please restart 2G Data plans of BSNL.
