My idea to digitize India is to study various country systems how they have implemented. I live in Netherlands and according to me there is a lot of systems we can utilize for our country mainly in municipalities, corporations etc which will minimize time for citizens and effective governance and income to Government. My suggestion to make a special team headed by Indian Embassy in Netherlands to study and adapt to our system & I'm ready to work for the government if required for free on this

In continuation of my previous post
3. In UK throwing garbage invites 1000 pound fine, which is Rs. 1 lac in India. We should also have extreme penalties which dent people pocket so they would start following the law.
4. Award the policemen for catching bad guys, they would eventually be more interested in catching them.
5. Make laws simple without clauses for e.g. None should harm anybody. that's it, this include all types of harm physical as well as mental. this will take care of all crime

Cable operator and DTH operator can role out Internet very fast. Digital cable has spare capacity, and are on the ground already serving the customer. dth can use vast and deliver Internet in remote area where no cable exist.
