The digital space has witnessed major transformations in the last couple of years and as per industry experts would continue to evolve itself. The latest entrant to the digital space is the Internet of Things (IoT). IoT can also be defined as interplay for software, telecom and electronic hardware industry and promises to offer tremendous opportunities for many industries.

With the advent of the Internet of Things (IoT), the number of connected sensors soon will reach trillions, working with billions of intelligent systems involving in-numerous applications will drive new consumer and business behaviour. The demand for increasingly intelligent industry solutions based on IoT will drive trillions of dollars in opportunity for IT industry and even more for the companies that take advantage of the IoT.

One of the top most initiatives in the form of Digital India Program of the Government which aims at ‘transforming India into digital empowered society and knowledge economy’, is expected to provide the required impetus for development of the IoT industry ecosystem in the country.

Department of Electronics and Information Technology,(DeiTY) has come out with a draft IOT Policy document which focuses on following objectives:

i. To create an IoT industry in India of USD 15 billion by 2020. It has been assumed that India would have a share of 5-6% of global IoT industry.

ii. To undertake capacity development (Human & Technology) for IoT specific skill-sets for domestic and international markets.

iii. To undertake Research & development for all the assisting technologies.

iv. To develop IoT products specific to Indian needs in all possible domains.

The Policy framework of the IoT Policy has been proposed to be implemented via a multi-pillar approach. The approach comprises of five vertical pillars (Demonstration Centres, Capacity Building & Incubation, R&D and Innovation, Incentives and Engagements, Human Resource Development) and 2 horizontal supports (Standards & Governance structure).

Respected PM Sir, Article 370 can restrain bridging the gap between the Kashmiri brethren and the other Indians but Philanthropic motive cannot. Rehab by "Adoption" of Kashmiris by Business class will surely bring the two closer. Central Govt should should provide all support to Corporates to encourage them "ADOPT" one or more families or, may be, even an area or locality. Such business houses can help in rebuilding their houses, look after their health, education and/or sources of income.

1. firstly to renovate the whole team with proper training 2. to organise gangs at all local levels or to train local karmacharis about BSNL operating systems and to rectify problems ;;;;;( payed as a part time job; where they could earn some money) 3. let digital india be very easy and clean 4. all temporary works on line shud br informed prior time. no one reads it :( feeling useless here :( :(

Modi ji, There is a facebook page named "Indian Army" (https://www.facebook.com/TheArmyOfIndia). I noticed some inappropriate content on that page.The content is not vulgar at all, not of any security concerns but some content doesn't matches with the page it is meant for.It questions the credibility of Indian Army because of the Admin of that page.I request you to take that page down asap or necessary action should be taken.

Dear Modi ji, we are using most of things in our daily life imported from china (ChildrenToys,Electronic devices, clothes and so many). I always feel bad why India not able to manufacture product in our country with high quality and reasonable rates. Why we lacking in manufacturing I wish to make india independent by achieving manufacturing these small small product that we Indian purchase from china legally or illegally. We need to stop china product and start using swadeshi product

Dear Sir, There are some bottle necks with BSNL in A.P.Many a times they are unable to attend the faults at line or at Exchange or with the instrument.These are basic things which are essential to get connected or communicate with each other internally or externally through broadband services.My sincere request to the officials of BSNL to attend the faults on priority basis,by such they can improve their revenues also.

Dear ModiJi , what ever policy we make but if our own government system is not using this for our own people it is tough to justify world that we have such a tremendous capacity in this field. we need to change the attitude of senior govt. official in this regard who still in their action seems very unattached with common people concern and how to resolve them through IT
