Pls don't do this. We want net neutrality in its pure form. No licensing, no content filtration, no partial access.

1. We don't want #NetNeutrality to be defined by telecom companies.
2. We don't want telcos controlling the Internet. You cannot charge differently for different websites.
3. We want to be able to access anything on the Internet, at any given time, without having to pay more for it separately. That's the real meaning of Net Neutrality and not what telcos define it.
4. We don't want licensing for WhatsApp, Viber or any other app we use

2.We DON'T WANT telecom companies to control the internet.
3.We WANT to be able to access anything, at any time, without having to pay more for it separately.
4.We DON'T WANT licensing for any app running on any Internet platform or type.
5.we WANT full access to ANY CONTENT on the internet without any additional charges.
