The draft National Book Promotion Policy (NBPP) has the role to facilitate exchange of views on all major aspects of book promotion, inter-alia covering writing/authorship, book production, publication and sale of books, their prices, copyright issues, development of book reading habit, reach of books to different segments of population in different Indian languages and quality and content of Indian books in general.The draft NBPP, along with comments received from various Ministries/Departments is being put up on mygov.in for inviting comments before it is given a final shape.

1. Dont play with the emotion of people. People has elected the government for their wellfare. 2. We dont want coperates to govern our life or we dont want any one to tell what to access or what not to. 3.We want freedom to access information and nobody has a ridht to deny us. 4. Its a era of inovation and such step would be black spot to it and our "DEMOCRACY".

Net neutrality proposed in the present format is not acceptable to me. I want all the people to use net without any restrictions. No body should be charged separately for their usage. All the people should have equal access to all the content on the net without any discrimination.
