In costal area of karnataka/maharstra/kerala it rains for almost 5 months and the governament agencies should encourage use of small water turbines for power generation which can aforded by common man along with solar power panels.The power can be generated in both seasons and stored for night time.Governament should encourage this by providing technical suport so that some power generation cost can be reduced.This will reduce atlease some burden of imported fuel.
