Sir, please address the menace of reservations and the problems it is creating in Gujarat. I feel the reservations should be given to the needy and not to the well offs in the communities.

Reservation is grossly misused. it is better to put some conditions for avialing resevations It should not be cast based, it should be purely merit based on compititive exams. IT can only availed once in lifetime and for not more than 2 generations. After availing reservation up to graduation, it should be made mandatory to have minimum 5 yr military services in Navy/Army/Airforce.Any merited student be given Education grant irrespective of cast based on the course. No reservation in promotions

आदरणिय प्रधानमंत्री जी आयकर विभाग मे यदि कोई किसी की शिकायत करता है तो पहले शिकायत कर्ता को बुला कर शपथ पत्र लेकर ही सम्बन्धित पक्ष को जाच के लिये बुलाए शिकायत गलत पाये जाने पर शिकायतकर्ता पर दण्ड और पीडित को खर्च का मुआवजा मिलना चाहिए । इससे झूठी शिकायतो और शिकायत की आड मे भरष्टाचार पर अंकुश लगेगा । धार्मिक सम्पत्तिया किसी न्यायालय अनुमति से भी न बिक सके केवल संचालको व्दारा न चलाये जाने पर केवल सरकार मे निहित होने का परावधान हो क्योकि पूर्वज जिस भाव से बना कर गये वो पूरा नही हो रहा है
