Honourable PM Sir, India is importing approx.70% crude oil of our daily requirement, our most of money going in importing of crude oil, if we reduce consumption by using public transport and cycle for 1-10 Km distance, this will also make our health tune and reduce consumption, moreover this will also reduce CO2 and CO emission, if our senior leader use to start cycle for going 4-5 KM, this will encourage our youth.

CASTE FEELING IS HIGH.TO REDUCE,EVERY CASTE BE DIVIDED IN TO 2. i .e., GR I & 2.BY THIS A DR'S SON NOT TO GET QUOTA UP TO MBBS LEVEL. HE MAY BE PLACED IN GRP 2. THIS MBBS seat should be given to GR I CANDIDATE OF THE SAME CASTE. BY THIS NEW WILL BENEFIT AND WARDS OF PEOPLE WHO ENJOYED WILL NOT THINK OF THEIR CASTE, AS THEY HAVE TO COMPETE IN THE OPEN MARKET.LIKE THIS A LDC'S WARD SHOULD NOT BE GIVEN RESERV. UP TO LDC LEVEL.
