There are many private institutes both deemed universities and colleges that have mushroomed in the recent years. Some of them even have opened their campuses in various states. The problem is the hefty fees that they charge and the substandard quality of education that they deliver be it engineering, medicine or arts and humanities and when it comes to placements consider this statistic charging more than 2 lacs fees per year and giving a job of 20,000 p.m which is a total injustice to students

Complete autonomy should be granted to ALL Institutes of Higher education in deciding their curriculum, selecting faculty etc . Quality check should be done through Accreditation.

Our present system of Governance is by physical visit, information sought by mailing proformas and so on. With the modern life, innovations in technology, we should grade the institutions on a daily basis and grades announced on the same day. This is possible by making online biometric punching for attendance - for both staff and students - and by arranging a server for each Institution for day to day operations and a super server for the Controlling Authority and results evaluated.

It is high time to transfer University education under one regulatory body. The State govt. managed universities are highly stressed on account of duly qualified faculty and even Vice chancellors. Quality of teaching and infrastructure in State funded Universities are in very pathetic state. Privatization of Universities without proper regulation compounded the quality deterioration. Universities under PPP mode may address the quality of education to certain extent.

All education is Our Basic Human Right, Future Depend on Our Literacy, Govt must give First Priority to Health and Second one is Education. But now a days good education is become more costly. School Must be open people which in reservation. Then no Need of reservation on Caste base. Govt Says We are transparent policy for Job So it there is Good School For Reserved Caste then no Need for other Help. Just Need Quality Education.

The way to start the 'Make in India' initiative starts from here..First of all, the basic system of grading and selecting individuals on percentile system in all degrees and in all universities must be scrapped. Scrap Competitive mindset in all fields of education and build Competitive skill based mindset amongst individuals which will allow them to think for real world problems. Skill based courses must be created to enhance then usability of skilled people in all trades.

Only single apex education controlling authority like UGC should do: (1) Permanent Exam Centers (EC), which are owned & operated directly by UGC, @ 1 EC initially in each Region, afterwards in each District, afterwards in each Tehsil. (2) Any University / Board may offer On-Demand On-Line Examinations at any EC for any chosen suitable subject (3) Student from any University or Board may appear for On-Demand On-Line Examination for one or more chosen subject from above at any EC
