Sir in recent job offers from top institutes from India we can see that bright students get creamy job in abroad and get settle there. If we can make them to stay in India itself by compulsory two /three year in india after graduation so that we can use tremendous potential from these bright youth. Especially youth from IIT and iim we can see this trend. Hence some policy that might be help full to stop this brain drain and increase participation of these youth in governance.

Sir, Indian need youth participation but it should be with full dedication & devotion, which ll b come only if our student are having knowledge that they all r having some responsibility towards nation. And for that a good quality of education r needed in which youth can differentiate what is ethically and humanly right. we have to make realize our youth that they r imp for there nation & society. A good quality education with sanskaar is the only way to realize our youth for politics.....

Joining Army / Navy or Air-force should be mandatory for boys after completing the 10th Std or the 12th. Then the youth will realize the importance of protecting the nation- women or protecting the property of India. and would not get into bad hands.

Youth should be given at least 3month army training before joining any job.More programme on nationalism on T.v.than nonsense programme like nach balia.

Besides existing constituencies, age group wise seats/constituencies in state Assembly & in Parliament. One seat from a district for Assembly and one seat from every state for Parliament, amongst each age-group of citizens, say up to 25, 25 to 30, 30 to 35. Elections be online. No person outside the age group to contest, canvas or take part in any process of election in these constituencies. Youngsters of these age-groups will be duly represented. Participation of youth will surely be enhanced.
