First decide age of retirement from politics, it may be 70. Then organise workshops and seminars for youths to inculcate sense of responsibility towards nation. Moral education be part of our education effectively. Youths wish to participate in politics but political families are hindrance. Some families have are relatives like Mulayam yadav etc.

Sir,why don't we follow a similar patttern of China in controlling population.."ONE COUPLE ONE CHILD" Policy must be adopted by India immediately before we taste the affect of "one human kills and eat another human due to lack of food"...

Give true security and freedom to youngsters to contest polls, keep their view in public in least costing yet effective manner, let them grow on their own and not shape them according to certain view is imp. At the same time it must be ensured that too much diffrent ideological views must not grow in a country as it will coplicate decission making process. The India first attitude must be kept in mind in every work.

To educate students regarding this and must give chance in schools to organise camps to build a strong leader and a strong group member as he will know how how to work with groups

participation of youth in politics and governance can be enhance through early educational lessons, there should be involvement of school children in municipal planning , it will be a better start to give them knowledge of governance asking them ideas how they plan their city or district. activating college politics and inclusion of college representatives in planning body at municipality and district will be a good option too.opening internship slots under local representatives for students.
