Sir, I want to say about improvement of performance of PSBs. Due to fast promotions and lack of knowledge bank NPA goes high.CMD & TOP executive are think about themselves. No fair promotion & transfer policy. Technology & will power is key mantra for improving performance.example- PMJDY. Consolidation is necessary and unionism should be minimum. Fair disciplinary action with minimum time.40%bankers are not doing work & 30% really corrupt. HR is very weak. PM has strong will, he can do it.thanks

Change the FACE of the Politicians.Politics must be free from Cast ism as Development of all is to be concentrated.Maximum 1 or 2 person of the lower class ( Financially Backward) should be given opportunity to UPLIFT their living standards. .

Politics & Governance is a field which people think they've nothing to do with. While ironically, it is directly linked to the development of all other fields. May it be MBBS, Engg, business, unless the administration is right there won't be much scope for progress in the field. Hence, its necessary to compulsorily hold discussions regarding administrations and its improvement for the progress of their respective fields. This'll bring awareness of it which will increase the youth participation

By colleges and schools. premott them by giving grace points for better sugesions

Young business men also can adopt the village and start involving into polytics directly. They should have some direct acess to give proposals and get the directions and required things directly. this would help participation and also pressure on all exiting politicians to perform.

Sir many people are ready for the same. We all need to facilitate ground to all such youth. We have to have some scheems designed so that they can activelly start getting into social problems. Your urge to ask every politician to adopt a village should also be extended to comman people. there must be ground where we must encurage a group of youth to adopt a village and suggest the growth plan and actually let them execute that. This will make them directly get into the polytics.

What youth wants is fairness and quickness in every field therefore by making them aware of the goods of politics and governance youth participation can be made.............. they must be encouraged in such a way that they could realize that by their active participation, they are not only helping in nation building but they can in turn make their own careers too..........

Social media should be used extensively to spread the message of good governance in the way of e-governance not only within the domain of central government but also in state governments.
