I think, first we have develop our telecom or Net connection in all over India into each village (ex.-Panchayet Office or Post Office if Mobile network not available), Then One gov. employee or farmer reporting his crop data in one server which is shows our harvesting situation , then we decide how we will take action to save this fruit & vegetables.

Post-harvest losses are mostly caused due to Less caring, long route to reach markets, lack of markets, unfavourable climate etc.
It's government responsibility to end these harming factors.
For this;
1) Transportation facilities should be made easier.
2) cold storage centres should be established in every village in supervision and authority of local people.
3) New technologies should be provided to farmers at low cost.
4) Farmers should be make aware and well-known of their nearby markets.

Hi, I am son of former i know the pain when we dint get a expected return for our crops, sometimes we don't sell because taking it to the market is costly than the return. it is because in India we do not have Public wholesale market where fxed rate is determined. according to me every ten villages should have common wholesale market for former and fixed rate should be determined for next 4 months atleast then comes the SCM part, govt should supply it to the need places where that products is c.

Dear Prime Minister,
Last year GOI ban the polythene use in India. This was a great work done by GOI. But as the time spent we find polythene use normal in market. So GOI need to stop the use and manufacturing of polythene so that SWACHH BHARAT(CLEAN INDIA PLAN) work effectively.

To improve supply chains large space is available in all the railway stations & major bus stations, create better FCI covered Go-downs to store and also better facility for movement of trucks closure to highways through better infrastructure involving IT/SYSTEMS to monitor movement of goods & trucks which helps in logistics management in a better way. Above all movement of goods based on there priority like first to perishable goods than others...

India consumes major vegtbls like Onion, Potata & Tomato. This brings down the govt if any adverse effect on this 3 vegies. On a pilot project the distribution & production have to be handled properly like Onion comes majorly from Maharastra & Potato from WB. First focus on producing more from other states to reduce over dependence on any state and improve the storage facility to help farmers to store better in cold storage's than getting wasted. This reduces inflation/price & improve revenue
