It is proposed to set up an agency to combat human trafficking in all its manifestations and grabs since it is a crime with involving other crimes and it is felt that we are few steps behind traffickers and need to have a specialized agency manned by all stake holders for monitoring, investigation, rescue and rehabilitation of the victims. Currently, web portal of Anti Human Trafficking -www.stophumantrafficking/mha.nic.in is available in public domain.

The HTPA is proposed to be pro-active agency or collaborative endeavour of all stake holders so that some feasible impact on the menace can be made.

You are invited to give innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed new institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning.

In my views, one Kind of system is required to providing subsidized facilities/incentives to the citizen of India where the subsidy shall directly goes in the hand/bank account to the people. Further the subsidy shall be given only to those people who are contributing to the national growth like family consisting of two plus two members only. Similarly this can be implemented in all the govt. schemes and incentives. The subsidy or incentives can be restricted to 2+2 person families.

India should be projected as spiritual destination of world. It is the land of Rama, Krishna, Buddha, Sankara, Vivekananda, Ramayana, Mahabharatha, Geeta, Ayurveda, Sanskrit, Yoga & Yogis,Himalayas,Sacred rivers, long sea shores etc. That would make India an ideal destination for anyone seeking peace & harmony. In these days of war & terrorism, more and more people are likely to turn into spiritual way and we should use it as an opportunity to attract people to India and foreign exchange too.
