It is proposed to set up an agency to combat human trafficking in all its manifestations and grabs since it is a crime with involving other crimes and it is felt that we are few ...

It is proposed to set up an agency to combat human trafficking in all its manifestations and grabs since it is a crime with involving other crimes and it is felt that we are few steps behind traffickers and need to have a specialized agency manned by all stake holders for monitoring, investigation, rescue and rehabilitation of the victims. Currently, web portal of Anti Human Trafficking -www.stophumantrafficking/mha.nic.in is available in public domain.

The HTPA is proposed to be pro-active agency or collaborative endeavour of all stake holders so that some feasible impact on the menace can be made.

You are invited to give innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed new institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning.

प्रधानमंत्री जी, एक unconventional सुझाव है भारत पाक संबंधो को लेकर।पाक सेना पाकिस्तान में वास्तविक सरकार है।इसलिये पाक सरकार से किसी तरह की बात कोई मायने नहीं रखता है।क्यों नहीं भारत के सेना प्रमुख को कहा जाये कि वे पाक सेना प्रमुख से बातें कर इस संबंध में उनके रुख को समझे एवं भारत के जवाब से दो टूक अवगत करा दें।शायद यह डिप्लोमेसी कुछ काम करे।और नहीं भी करेगी तो हानि क्या है?हमें तो जो करना है,हम करेंगे ही।लेकिन शांति की चाबी पाक सेना प्रमुख के पास ही है।वही ISI/आतंकियों पर लगाम लगा सकते हैं।

Dept to consider: Asia:Endemic morbidity and mortality due to diarrhoeal disease primarily associated with floods and droughts are expected to rise in East, South and Southeast Asia due to projected changes in the hydrological cycle associated with global warming. Increases in coastal water temperature would exacerbate the abundance and/or toxicity of cholera in South Asia.

Lima Climate Change Conference - December 2014. Dept to consider: Asia:It is projected that crop yields could increase up to 20% in East and Southeast Asia while they could decrease up to 30% in Central and South Asia by the mid-21st century.

Lima Climate Change Conference - December 2014. Dept to consider: Asia:Coastal areas, especially heavily-populated mega-delta regions in South, East and Southeast Asia, will be at greatest risk due to increased flooding from the sea and, in some mega-deltas, flooding from the rivers.

Lima Climate Change Conference - December 2014. Dept to consider: Asia:Freshwater availability in Central, South, East and Southeast Asia, particularly in large river basins, is projected to decrease due to climate change which, along with population growth and increasing demand arising from higher standards of living, could adversely affect more than a billion people by the 2050s.

Lima Climate Change Conference - December 2014. Dept to consider: Asia:Glacier melt in the Himalayas is projected to increase flooding, and rock avalanches from destabilized slopes, and to affect water resources within the next two to three decades. This will be followed by decreased river flows as the glaciers recede.
