It is proposed to set up an agency to combat human trafficking in all its manifestations and grabs since it is a crime with involving other crimes and it is felt that we are few steps behind traffickers and need to have a specialized agency manned by all stake holders for monitoring, investigation, rescue and rehabilitation of the victims. Currently, web portal of Anti Human Trafficking -www.stophumantrafficking/mha.nic.in is available in public domain.

The HTPA is proposed to be pro-active agency or collaborative endeavour of all stake holders so that some feasible impact on the menace can be made.

You are invited to give innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed new institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning.

We should reject the politicians who have been fooling us since day one for the simple reason that by ‘change’ they only mean ‘cosmetic changes’ , enactment of a huge pile of useless laws to crowd the already saturated statute book without repealing the archaic laws just to make the confusion worse confounded for the common citizens. Reject those self-serving professional politicians. Radical revolutionary changes in the very system of governance only holds the promise

In order to b really effective, Public Grievance Officer in a Govt. Dept., shd not be below the rank of Additional Secretary to the Govt. with powers to hold enquiry into a matter or direct an officer not below the rank of Jt Secretary to the Govt. for the purpose of calling for the files and officers for discussion, to see that grievance handling has been done in a fair, objective n just manner. Besides this, he must also b vested with judicial powers of a First Class Magistrate,

The Dept. of Pensioners’ Welfare, Ministry of Personnel etc. under the charge of Hon,ble Prime Minister, does not entertain the pension-related grievances of those retiring from Central Autonomous Bodies, Central Universities whose Pension-related grievances addressed to the Ministry are routinely transferred to the concerned Autonomous Body authorities by the Ministry, absolutely without doing anything about them. The Dept. of Pensioners’ Welfare, Ministry of Personnel etc., should be revamped

Not only Govt, every company should promote some awareness campaign against social evils like drug menace, human trafficking and crime against women. Such ads should appeal to heart like: " Gharme ma, bahen, beti ki surakhsa ke liye aaj kya kiya apne?" For smoking, for example: Aap agar smoking chor detey, to beteka ye adat nahi hota.

Government should ask the corporates to give ads in newspaper highlighting their contribution to the economy to educate people how big corporates are good for the country. They can highlight total amount of various taxes paid such as Income Tax, Excise, VAT, Sales Tax, Stamp Duty, Octroi etc. and highlight number of jobs they have given and their annual salary contribution. This will help the public educate about big groups such as Adani, Reliance, Tata, Birla etc.become popular.

For cleansing society, free of corruption, plug all loopholes in laws that standout as leaking buckets for funds into black market.Next step is to punish and bring back black money from big fish randomly selected.Message for self declaration would become a habit then.
