It is proposed to set up an agency to combat human trafficking in all its manifestations and grabs since it is a crime with involving other crimes and it is felt that we are few steps behind traffickers and need to have a specialized agency manned by all stake holders for monitoring, investigation, rescue and rehabilitation of the victims. Currently, web portal of Anti Human Trafficking -www.stophumantrafficking/mha.nic.in is available in public domain.

The HTPA is proposed to be pro-active agency or collaborative endeavour of all stake holders so that some feasible impact on the menace can be made.

You are invited to give innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed new institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning.

I feel all ashrams, meditation centers have big plot of land which can install Gobar Gas Plant, Rain Water Harvesting and Solar/Wind energy system can be applied. Government should take initiative by not just giving financial aid but also approach them to communicate its benefits in terms of cost, etc. It must have good repair & maintainance sytem backing as well.

The Public Procurement Bill which was introduced by UPA II has been ignored. This will bring transparency in Government Procurement and will bring efficiency and rationalize the Public Expenses. Government should re-introduce it in Parliament with necessary changes if policy disagreement is there. Indian Procurement should be introduced as Central Service and its officers be drawn from currently procurement officials initially and thereafter regular appointment by UPSC.

i think 0. govt should make sure each person fulfil his basic need 1. awareness programmes should be conducted 2. increase in employment opportunities 3. severe check on the drugs & other items 4. the system needs to be more down to the people i.e.,it should be such that people must feel that the system is for their welfare not for ruling over them. 5. strict action against both the corrupt peoples involved and the public servants which threatens public, asks bribe, do not lodge complaint.

We are at the stage of a social partition due to un familier laws . the reason of social disturbance is religious theory and change of religion by any means that is marriage , money , by self , etc. So. Govt has to make policy clear that one should not or cannot change his or her religion at any stage . this type of personnel freedom compromising the social freedom also. Unfortunately, Modi ji is not following his own pre-election idea of 'minimum government and maximum governance'. it appears congress era bureaucrats are now dictating govt thinking that a new govt body is solution for every evil. another agency of babus is being created without mention of number of existing useless agencies/statutes to be subsumed into it. HTPA can deliver if it works under 'one work one agency' principle, by involving states and by citizen centric citizen sensitive methods
