Firstly we have to provide Job security to all the teachers(Asst. Professors) in terms of Permanent nature of employment then and then only they can give there best.Since, financial and non-financial incentives works like motivation for them.In India in many institutes which provide non-grant(UN-aided)courses like MBA,BBA,BCA,MCA,Engineering etc. they cant give AICTE payscale to newly joined Asst. Professors so, Government should take strict action against those institutions.

Dear members I intend to draw your attention to an unwise selection criteria bring used for entrance exams for MBA courses i.e. 50% in graduation. This criteria alone can't be a scale to mesure one's intellect as we all know that for even many top B schools like XLRI and also for UPSC Civil services there is no such criteria.AICTE must know that in our country where malpractice and other inefficiencies in education system are still existing, this is a irrelevant criteria depriving many.

Respected People, As a parent I admitted my children to private schools affiliated to CBSE thinking that they teach according to NCERT. To my horror, they don't use any of the NCERT books at all. They subscribe to some private(Oxford,...) books. The quality of the contents of these books is not that great. Can HRD enforce teaching and using only NCERT books in schools which are affiliated to CBSE? There was an initiative taken in 2014(http://t.co/5cyMIOrb7W).

Some private so called highly reputed schools are charging a lot of money as fees and apart from that they earn money through commission from books, dresses and take a lot of money from backdoor as donation and in the name of charity.Teachers in these schools are also harassed by giving them less salary and making them to sign wherever the management wants.A tollfree education grievance redressal number should be developed on which students and teachers can directly reach HRD ministry.

Quality of regulation is only possible when regulatory authority is made accountable in totality. Presently the controlling authority do not take cognizance of regulatory lapses. Public grievance system do not handle distinct grievances properly, forwarding of the registered grievances to the authority who is involved with the matter does not yield a justified resolution. Even registered grievances are closed without a justified conclusion, nobody is ready to hear an aggrieved person.
