Selection of Vice Chancellor,faculty on basis of predefined objective criteria that must be available to all on web site on university.How much number each candidate secured on such criteria must be displayed.It will bring transparency in selection process.To reduce corruption in universities all tender must be through e tendering or by reverse auctioning.
