Sir eduucation aisa hona cahiye ki main jo caho wo mujhe easy me mele jaise ki main medical padna cahta hu parnatu uske liye seat nahi hai competition exam dena padta hai agar fail huaa to fir doctor nahi ban sakta ju education aisa nahi hona cahiye. Koi v jo padna cahe use easy sarwasulabh prapt ho tab hamara desh tarakki karega. padai ke liye competition kyo, or padai kam paise me uplabdh hona cahiye ki garib ka beta vi pad sake. kisan ka beta agriclture school me nahi pad sakta hai kyo?

Most of the time UGC provides the grants and teaching faculty to the University with salary for 5 years with condition that State govt. shall takeover the responsibility. State Govts are reluctant to provide concurrence for the post sanctioned.. The five years used to lapse and the innovative skill oriented/job-oriented courses could not be started in the university. HRD should make compulsion to the State govt. for giving concurrence and implement the approved courses by UGC under various prog.

1. After completing 2 year PhD research period of IITian/NITian/IIM, it must make compulsary to work part time for next 2 years in any other State Govt. Institution region wise. Our Govt. must decide it for every region in India. Afetr that if he/she willing to continue may continue or may left and may go and work somewhere. 2. Govt. should decide it at the time of joining PhD. 3. Govt must give some target. Those who will complete the target decided will become permanent at the same place.

Open public funding of varsities and schools through education exchange. This will regulate the pricing mechanism as well as provide meaningful donors with a reliable avenue. Prescribe minimum space requirements, amenities, upgrade softskills of teachers.

for betterment of state universities and colleges we need to ban campus election its has been destroying campus environment or we can make some changes which could bring campus election in different manner ..but for that we have to implement some rules such as ...eligibility of age for campus election should be below 25, % should not below than 60

Respected sir, if govt. do not give permission to any one for open university or college , decided strict rule for colleges like play ground area , Liebery facility , yoga classes ,smart classes & basic hierarchy of degree and diploma. 90% young generation don't know what will do for best future . they have no choices for our future . some people do BCOM but they working in pharmacy. some person DO b-pharma but work in finance sector . so required strict rule for education .

Good education is foundation of all culture, behaviour, values, virtues & progress. Its lack is the cause of mental, moral & social decline. सुशिक्षा संस्कृति, सभ्यता, शालीनता, समृधी और सदगुणों का मूल है । सुशिक्षा का आभाव ही मनुष्य के मानसिक, नैतिक और समाजिक पतन का कारण है । The purpose of education is to build responsible citizens who contribute to peace,wellness & prosperity of people in society. भारत की हर पाठशाला में योगाभ्यास आध्यात्मिक और संस्कृति शिक्षण अनिवार्य रूप से होना चाहिये।

Education must groom children towards Physical, Mental and Social health. Yoga, excercises, meditation and community work should be part of the education system. Education must teach human values and enable children to become better individuals, participating family members, responsible citizens, helpful community members and thoughful leaders. They must also be provided vocational training, and life skills like cooking, cleaning, organizing, teamwork, cooperation, building and creativity.

Teachers are the backbone of the education system. The system can stand, walk or sun only with the help of strong teaching community. Teaching jobs in private institutions is so low salaried that talented people do not want to take up teaching. Teaching in Public sector are affected by reservation quotas, apathy, underskilled and shortage of staff, insufficient institutions. Government must take responsibility of providing free and quality education at primary levels like a developed country

My honorable Minister, kindly try to make strict rules for private engineering college regarding salary of faculties, I was faculty in Galgotia's College of engineering and technology, noida and worked there for 4 Months and I got salary of 15 days only. due to employee dissatisfaction I left that institute, and did not get my money. I have faced very heavy load there and in last got nothing. So requesting you to support us. I complained at many places but no single response from anywhere.
