Sir,
India is ever been a leader in education as we have a glorious history of extraordinary teachers. In this era of modernization what we need is to rejuvenate this tradition of teachers with innovative and extensive long term training. Such a training procedure for all newly appointed teachers having the quality of the training given to IAS or IFS officers. We really need flawless and exemplary molds to mold a glorious future.

One should get rid of so many entrance test after class 12. There should be one common entrance test in whole india and according to the score one should get admissions in the respective colleges all over india and putting away whatever marks they have got in class 12. This will reduce pressure on students.
Also there should be another common entrance test for jobs all over india whether govt or pvt.depending upon score jobs will be provided. This will reduce time, money and pressure on student

Everyone wants his child to be a doctor , engineer creating pressure on children leading to suicide. Schools should have a system where they can check individual potential of student and councel them to move further accordingly. Many children leave their age old traditional work just to earn more and ending traditional heritage. A system should be there where one can educate them and provide a wider platform so that their traditional heritage is not lost.

Sir our education should be student oriented rather than just putting a bucket of knowledge irrespective whether student is able to learn or not. Every student is different and have individual interest but our latest education system everyone competes with each other because at the end priority is getting a job & settled life. at primary level we should include games, r&d, skill work. And at higher level one is sure that he will lead a gud life. Then only this type of model can work.

4. Almost all state and central govt deptts must be closed if we really wish to improve education in india.Such departments created more hurdles than freeflow. This closure will save money to create good education infrastructure.
5. Teachers are doing more paper work than real work, they are busy in election from Central to Panchayat.
6. Teachers should be kept away from Administration and involved in teaching

policy must focus some of the missed-out things in last 66yr
1. good school. We have seen especially i Rural India the dilapidated conditions of school buildings, no/poor toilets. No benches, No drinking water.
2. Govt school does not give any excitement. As said above, govt schools look tired.
3 good teachers : Govt School Teacher/ Educator is not at all an attractive job neither in terms of money nor growth. On top of that thanks to pitiable conditions to keep talent away from educating.

Education must have high value in terms of rewards, accolades and money. I am surprised that people in glamor industry can earn so much money by putting hard work in non complex work. But same is not true for Education & Research people. Apart from that I have following suggestions:
1. Quality of teachers must be forced, I know its not easy job in India where 90% of the teachers are not skilled.
Give more trainings to teachers, mandatory certifications for every teachers.
