It should be mandatory for the teachers working in higher and technical education to get certification in teaching so as to design relevant and meaningful experiences for the students in order to develop higher level abilities and the needed soft skills among them. Accreditation would lay heavy demands on the part of teachers to continuously improve the teaching learning in order to produce globally competitive manpower.

* Also scrap the policy of no year back / fail till 8th class , this is putting sudden pressure when student reached 9th class and then fail and also it is reducing the quality of education.

There is need of career guidance in rural India education system, In rural India most of student don’t know about their career. Due to this they are not able to choose appropriate educational plan & also not able to decide their future course of action. Also in rural India most of school do not have common stream available for student after 10th, like Commerce and Science. And also due to this a lot of student can’t able to choose their interested stream.

* Reduce weight of books, Now a days publisher are making book very costly by using very high quality paper, and these books are not even used next year , being thrown away. Please force publisher to use lighter/cheaper quality paper, which will reduce weight on children' back and also reduce the price. *Make play ground / Playing mandatory for all school, education is not only studying books development of whole behaviour. * Ban real state Builders to run school. They have made a businness.

Today, there are govt primary schools at close proximity (say about every 1.5 KMs) with fewer students and one or two teacher for five classes and five subjects each. The aim is perhaps, to make primary education easily accessible to small children, however it compromises on the quality of education imparted. In my opinion, The schools should be amalgamated in a rational manner so that they are still within reach and; the teacher to pupil ratio viz a viz subjects, is improved.

The subjects and syllabus should be standardized through out the country with freedom to the state governments to choose from these. Exam pattern should also be same throughout the country. English language is the main strength of ours and is the main reason behind Indian workforce spreading through out the world and our supremacy in IT field, therefore It must be started from first standard onward.

Secondary education may include wide spectrum of choice of subjects and many combinations of the subjects may be offered. Students may be informed through video and internet etc. about the scope of their study along with their own innovative ideas. Higher education may also have various combination of subjects.
