student from the standard family looks for IIT or Medical and started preparing it from class 8 / All FITJEE etc. coaching centre has this type of course. soon it is not necessary to go to school ... This is good . You have the option to close funding of govt. schools .. beacuse day by day students schooling for class 11/12 not not required .......

Panchayathi Raj Nagarapaalika Act should the integral part of our education policy. inorder to ensure the planning more national and inclusive we should include 40% of the content should be based on Local Self Governance and other governance. There is no integration of Public education and public administration. Thrive of the new education policy should be on the basis of integrating people with governance. there should be more local content in the curriculum.

Organizational Behaviour (OB) subject should be made compulsory for college students (BA, BSc, MBBS, Engineering,.......)
OB helps college grads to manage their career. Most grads have IQ but no EQ.....Well, OB can teach them EQ.
Note: Watch OB video. OB = The Individual + The Group + The Organization

Educational conditions of government schools and colleges is very poor. NEW GOVERNMENT POLICY IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR THE UPCOMING GENERATION. weight of school bag is unbearable. Reservation must be removed from the colleges.

The naming convention of schools should be streamlined and aligned to their facility etc.. Like a schoool says "ABC international School" does not have a branch or internal affiliation, "DEF Public School" is a private school and is not a public held or free for public school, TTT university does not have any colleges etc.. why not streamline the naming convention strictly and implement so that public/students in particular is not confused...we must have a very strict compliance to the naming..

Weight of a school bags has is unbearable for kids. To mitigate the same, i would propose that class 1-7 or 8 should be conducted in 2 semesters in a year. This would require 2 sets of the book for the same curriculum... this would help in reducing the weight of the School bags. Also, it wud help poor students to buy in two different set of books at two instance...
