Sir
उरी / उड़ी काश्मीर का हमला हृदय विदारक था
Always our Military and Para-Military Forces are killed by terrorists naxals & other militants
Let the forces not fully depend on intelligence input. On TOP PRIORITY Equip them with High Tech Equipment that detects movement arms well in advance train them for its perfect use. Our forces can be in offensive so the attackers are caught off guard and killed - one or two must be caught alive.

Under RTI 25% of the seats are reserved to underprivileged and downtrodden. The Government is going to reimburse expenditure on education up to 12th standard.Instead Government may run school directly. If the entire process is analyzed Government meet one out of four schools recurrent expenditure of student Instead Government may run schools directly.one may argue infrastructure expenditure that is going to be a one time expenditure& thatto very little for maintenance when compared to aid to 25%

There has been trade-off between quality and quantity tilting in favour of the latter this affect internal efficiency of education system it is the high time to ensure 100% attainment in all expected competencies at the elementary level Access to quality education has to be ensured irrespective management region and state Testing the presence or absence of the competence has no use. Instead attainment of all competencies are essential Remedial & bridging at the primary level is important

To be a Teacher Educators / lecturers in teacher training institutes/colleges /University must have school level experience for a period of 5 years. Direct recruits to the supervisory cadre should be reconsidered Education is experience. How an experienced person supervise experienced person Any short term exposure before appointment doesn't meet the need or they must have minimum 10 years of experience in different level On site training On demand training should be a part of it

Strengthening Teacher Education is the foremost of all the policy decision. Higher Education policy on teacher training should be based on the demand of the society. It should be integrated with the school education policies Any change in the policies of school education should reflect in the teacher training programme Criteria for Teacher's selection and Pre-service and in -service training should be more meaningful practical and practicable.

#NationalEducationPolicy, in the first 3 years Or upto class 3rd, there should not be any text book. There should be syllabus which will be completed by the teachers with their own liberty but study materials to be supplied by the concerned school or board. If teachers dont have burdon of the syllabus then they can focus on basic numeracy and language. Teachers efforts should be on language efficieny, it will be included the LSRW ; numeracy; Moral development with focusing on visual materials.

Teacher's proffessional development plays crucial role in the school education. Every teachers should be trained to make use of teaching media also most of the schools do not have basic facilities. This prohibits the learning capacity of students. Govt schools have lack of infrastructure as compared to the private schools. This situation to be improved.

In education role of text and relation between society and school are very important. But after the introduction of cce, it adversly affected. Due this reason, stdent could not do the basic things also. Because our mostly parents are not able to give attention at home level and students also are not bothering about pass or fail. The cce makes teachers busy in maintaining reccords only hence they could not focus on classroom teaching. In the most of school manegerical works are doing by teachers.

#NationalEducationPolicy Eventhough we must consider English as the first language we must never let our upcoming generations prone to the influence of western cultures which may deteriorate the moral and valiant qualities of our mother land #MyGov #JaiHind
