MORE IMPORTANTLY FOR BETTERMENT OF BOTH-Students & Teachers, COMMUTATION / TRAVELLING SHOULD BE AVOIDED or MINIMUM TRAVELLING. EACH STUDENT or TEACHER HAS TO BE GIVEN AN OPTION OF 5 TO 6 SCHOOLS. THIS WILL REDUCE STRESS, TIREDNESS, etc. TO BOTH. BESIDES, THIS WILL EASE PUBLIC TRANSPORT SYSTEM, WASTAGE OF FUEL/ PETROL, TRAFFIC-JAMs, ANXIOUSNESS TO PARENTS, WASTAGE OF TIME, ENERGY, MONEY, etc.

9.If all these are done and rectified, New Education Policy will be the best one. Introduced by our former Prime Minster Scheme SARVA SIKSHA ABHIYAAN is doing a lot but some states are not implementing it in the proper way . So Central government should take it in their HAND AND IMPLEMENT this properly. Center should take Education in Hand and Implement all the changes necessary, then only it should give recognition to institutions. After that OUR Indian System will be the best system of Edn

If skilled teachers handle the subjects, students will happily learn things easily.
For high school and higher secondary students life skills can be taught-skills like fitting, plumbing works electrical works, First-aid, Nursing, drawing-painting, etc.,
THIS WILL SERVE OUR PM-NARENDRA MODI ji's SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME ALSO.

PM Sir, Your team is doing very good work, with positive motto of welfare for all. 1.Children below 4 years should not be admitted for study.2.No of subjects from 2nd class to 8th class should be reduced to 5, There should be alternative subject in each class. eg Social science in class 3, Geography in 4th.3. Like GST, school fees, development fees etc structure should be made.4. No supply of books, excercise books, uniform, tie etc by schools.5.All schools in India should teach by NCERT books.

so that Children can develop them in any of these special skills
and identify them wherever they are now. In this present system of education, from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm or so only books & books. No period is given for extra-curricular activities in primary and middle school, only the class teacher has to sit for that period too. This will create stress free environment in schools ( for both Teachers & Students ) and learning and teaching will go simultaneously without any stagnation. If skil

8. Stop giving Clerical work to teaching faculties / Non-Teaching work / Census work / election duty, etc. Appoint at least 1 clerk to work in 2 near-by schools-ie. One school in the morning hours & another school in the noon hours. Nowadays Students have lot of diversion from media, Net and pressure in studying. To have stress-free education appoint special teacher for yoga (art, craft and drawing) Computer science, Physical Education and Music so that Children can develop them in any of these

Commuting itself takes time. So all are under work pressure . If they are near their schools they will definitely work for the welfare of the school. So please make all the aided schools to Government schools and do the state-wise transfer as per seniority. This is the only Healthy way to help both teachers & students.

Then we can save the entire student community from indulging in unwanted activities. They will be under watch.
7. There should not be any Govt aided School because they appoint teachers of their own religion / caste by getting govt teaching grant and because we are not able to give opportunity to the teachers in the same district Eg. Nagercoil and Kanyakumari districts . They come to the near-by district & in-turn Near by district teachers go to other near-by places.

5. For schools to function properly & efficiently, all teachers & other staff to be kept happy. There should be transparency in their Appointment, Transfer, PF, Pension, etc. as per Norms.
6.But before doing all these many teachers commute from long distance give them posting in their required place so that they will do their duty perfectly and they will avoid putting leave unnecessarily. Their Children also get affected and they are also in depression. Then we can save the entire student co

wise and report to Dir or higher officials . If there are frequent visits or inspections, teachers cannot be easy going and Headmaster and Headmistress will have discipline in school. Then only they will / can enforce discipline, call them in person and ask explanation, warn the teachers who are not performing well in the school, as being done in private schools.
