The education must be given equally to all children. The difference due to Government school and private school must be removed so that all students can get better understanding or learning.
Either all schools be government or all be private and an individual team like think tank will work and control over the school district wise or state wise.
The wrong history must be removed from our textbook and the new history must be added and these must be spread through TV serials and movies.

I think only updating books will not change the present condition of our education system and its members i.e. we the students. There is a need of designing a skill developing structure of the system so that our good brains from various fields will not be wasted.Today there is a need to separate the students to study in the different streams on the basis of their talent and not the wishes of the parents and the society. This separation should be done when they are in 6-7th and not after 12th.

Education system can not be burden for students....students are going to school and after that they have to go to coaching classes, why? There should be good education in schools..school teachers are not teaching in school so they earn more money through tutions.. government should focus to improve education in schools....

In India there are educational institutions run by minority communities. The minority rights are being used to get undue commercial gains.Governments have no control over the postings and admissions in these institutions, even if they are fully aided by government. The majority communities in Kerala are at the brink of elimination from the education sector and government aided jobs. Keep it in mind when framing education policy.

Indian history should teach with scientific evidence not as per britishers ......Aryan was outsiders is debunk by scientific evidence so correct history should be teach in schools.....there should be movement by govt. to rejuvenate sanskrit ... Foreign universities are the final word for sanskrit and indian civilization that should be changed and indian scholars, pundits and indian universities must be the final words...there should be more sanskrit universities, more funding for them...

The most important and critical part of school education must be that a single board of education must be set up and the system of state boards must be abolished as it will be the biggest reform because it would bring all students under one umbrella as it would be confusion and hassle free during college admission as it it would bring a single point of assessment. i would suggest that the cbse itself can at least be split according to the state but exams for all.

Coming to College Education (Engineering Education) it is the worst part college is not college it is the same as high school it must also have a through semester assessment which must play a vital part and semester exams must also not be just defentions but must solve real life problems and inculcate skill based education. also a forgotten point is that students at early stage of life in high school must be exposed of various other than engineering,MBBS,law,CA but much more other fields

though i'am not here to promote american education still giving a thought about it would be fruitfull. students in secondary education again should have good fundementals. coming to the hsc exma part must apply what we have learnt and not mere previous year questions and definitions and formulas. a all around year assessment as the cce and a final full book exam must be intoduced for grade 12 too, wher 30% weightage mst be givn to final grade sheet whereas the 70% frm all year assessmnt frm cls11
