Common standard admissions with common standard syllabus corroborated examinations thereon inculcative skill development endeavour will enable the youth to serve the nation at nation's choice by way of becoming good entrepreneur, businessmen and human resource for each and every segment of society. The various educational institutions contributing towards improvement of literacy ratio rationale copeup the global challenge on literacy. The policy to attract high quality human resource.

1.Teacher post may be made attractive duly enhancing salary so that cream will be attracted to choose this profession 2. presently student teacher rati in govt schools are very high about 50:1 it should be25:1or less 3.teachers should be paid at par in govt in pvt. schools, presently many school run by even govt body such as BSF, AIR FORCE, ARMY Teachers are paid very little in the name of welfare,Though receive huge amount in the name of welfare from govt of india.

After selection into education service each and every body should undergo vigorous training in eduction technology,psychology,,educational management and Iot.

Medium of teaching must be English. Any of the Indian languages should be chosen as First Language. Both mother tongue/First Language and English should be taught through literature and verbal interaction. No homework only strict assessment till class iv. Exams should start from class v. From class v up to class x, vocational stream should be introduced for who need to learn to earn and don’t have any academic orientation. Schools should provide daycare for children of working mothers.

Please scrap the private schools or take control of all of them or create a regulator like TRAI or SEBI for schools and colleges.Indeed private schools are helping in providing the better education but also they are responsible for widening the gap between poor and rich. Nobody in this country wants to educate their child in govt school and they don't have enough money to afford private school.We must provide same level of playing field to our Future #NationalEducationPolicy, #MHRD, #MyGov
